This is a full-time Sales Team Leader role at Black Knight Africa. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, ensuring successful sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve day-to-day activities such as overseeing team members, providing guidance and training, monitoring sales activities, analyzing sales data, and communicating with customers.


Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends

• Proven experience in team management and leading a sales team

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build relationships

• Sales skills and the ability to drive sales performance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant experience in the security systems or IT industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Knowledge of the local market in Kampala, Uganda, is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE in the same line of work
